During each phase of budgeting the plans will be reviewed by our experienced estimating team, as well as the Project Manager, Superintendent and selected subcontractors. This review will address all systems used including structural, finishes, mechanical and electrical. Our review will include constructability, life-cycle analysis, lead-times and all other facets of construction that pertain to your project. This input will be relayed to the project team continually.
In addition, during the design phase we will coordinate value engineering (brainstorming) meetings. To be effective and be sure to address the operator’s needs, representatives from the CM, Design and Owner’s teams will be required to attend. We have found this to be very effective in producing a quality project. Following each of these meetings PM Construction will provide complete cost analysis for all selected value engineering ideas.
