Portland, ME

This new construction project in Portland was one of over 25 Walgreens retail pharmacies that we have completed across New England.

The first Walgreen’s project that we completed was in Epping (NH) in 2005.

These projects were all new construction stand-alone pharmacies. Attention to detail and specification was of utmost importance to the client.

This new construction project in Damariscotta was one of 18 Dollar General retail stores that we have completed across New England in the past five years – averaging four projects per year since 2015.

The first Dollar General brand project that we completed was in Lee (NH) in 2014.

The projects have been new construction and moving the projects along quickly, while maintaining the integrity of the design, is a high priority.

This renovation project in Scarborough was a conversion of a former 124,000 square foot big box retailer to accommodate the flagship store location for Maine’s well-known surplus and salvage retailer.

Work included upgrading offices, exterior facade work, lighting upgrades and loading dock repairs.
