We have delivered quality medical/public safety construction for many years. We are proud to build these essential facilities for those that support their communities in so many important ways. Many of these projects have been completed in a design-build capacity, collaborating with developers, architects, and engineers for the best possible result.
This project in Kennebunk was $750,000 over budget when bid by other contractors when the owners approached PM Construction. Eight weeks of Design-Build planning meetings to understand the owner’s needs and priorities, including private facilities for male and female firefighters, gym, training facilities, commercial kitchen and drive thru apparatus bays.
We were able to complete the project within their budget giving them a public safety facility that will be able to serve their future needs.
The renovation/expansion project in Portland added a wellness center/gym and renovated office areas with the goal of continuously improving the services that they are providing for their residents.
This is part on an ongoing expansion of one of Northern New England’s most comprehensive senior community.
The renovations in the Biddeford/Saco area consisted of a series of projects, adding office spaces, call centers, and ICU improvements to aid in the ongoing improvements for this nationally accredited healthcare system.
For this project in Poland, another design-build, we hired the architect, as well as the Civil and Structural engineers. We attended weekly meetings during the design phase to incorporate all the needs for the renovation and large-scale addition.
In the end they had a state-of-the-art fire station with multiple training locations, Plymovent exhaust removal system for the apparatus bays, commercial kitchen, separation of “clean” vs “dirty” spaces.
This new construction project in Waterboro of a 7,000 square foot physical therapy facility included a full fitness center and pool.
This project was a relocation of an existing facility and helped fulfill the dreams of co-owners in providing these services for their community.
