This new construction in Portland was the second major hotel project and the third Hampton Inn project that we have completed since 2017.
The hotel consists of 80-rooms and four-stories. We worked closely with the owner to produce this new hotel overlooking Rock Row.
The additional projects took place in Freeport and Waterville. They included complete room renovations and the creation of new modern
spaces that met Hampton Inn’s stringent brand standards.
This tenant fit-up project in downtown Portland involved creating a one of a kind space in an extremely condensed time-frame. The 7,000 square foot 300-seat restaurant includes multiple dining rooms, a chef’s counter, a 60-seat lounge, and a private dining area.
Our team has experience with all aspects of restaurant construction and have knowledge of the regulations that restaurants are required to meet.
This new construction project in Saco was one of the 10 Cinemagic movie theater projects that we have completed across New England.

These projects include several new constructions, including an IMAX theater, as well as remodels incorporating state-of-the-art reclining lounge chairs. These projects have solidified us as one of the top theater contractors in the country.

Upon completion the owner referred to the work being done by a “Rock Star Team”. Our top priority when working with our clients on this type of project is to ensure that it accurately reflects their vision.
This new construction project was the first boutique hotel in Old Orchard Beach and continued our growth in the resort industry. The luxurious twelve-room building includes an additional penthouse owner’s unit.
