PeoplesChoice Credit Union

Saco, ME

This new construction project in Saco was a 28,000 square foot corporate operations center and bank branch.

The state-of-the-art building was constructed to carry PCCU into the future and give them room to grow within an energy efficient building.

Biddeford, ME

This new construction project in Biddeford was one of over 10 KeyBank branches we have completed throughout Maine.

The first KeyBank brand project that we completed was in Portland in 2004.

The projects consisted of both new construction and renovations, each with a strong focus on function and security.

Scarborough, ME

This design build project was new construction of a corporate office that includes FM protected 200 data room, ample storage area and a retail space.

The new building provides an increase to their customers’ productivity, safety, and efficiency.

Saco Biddeford Savings

Saco, ME

The new construction project in Saco was a 15,000 square foot state of the art two-story high-performance structure.

The operations center and bank branch became the first Silver LEED certified building in Maine upon completion in 2006.

The building includes a special climate-controlled data room and raised floor system which creates an ideal gap for running electrical, wiring and HVAC ducts within (increasing the efficiency) the climate environment.

Saco, ME

This 2005 design build project was a collaboration with a developer. We hired the architect, and design build mechanical and electrical engineers to construct the 70,000 square foot distribution facility with future expansion capacity.

In 2011 we added a 24,000 square foot addition to the building for their expanding business
