William S. Nason
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Nason has over 30 years of construction experience specializing in the commercial and industrial sectors of the industry. Mr. Nason joined PM Construction Co., Inc. in April 1992 and became a 50% owner of the company. During his time at PM Construction he has brought and maintained valuable long-term relationships and superior construction expertise. Mr. Nason is a major factor in the success of PM Construction, and it is his proven ability to make sound decisions and take appropriate business risks that has elevated PM Construction to one of the largest general contractors in the state of Maine. He has taken the success of the company from $1 million to $30 million annually.

In April of 2010 he bought out his former partner Phil Morin and became the sole owner of PM Construction Co.

His high level of business ethics and personal integrity have contributed to repetitive business from clients as well as allowing for the acquisition of new clients, and his actions have helped solidify PM Construction as a general contractor that is easy to work with.

Mr. Nason earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Maine Orono.

George G. Deely
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Deely joined PM Construction Co., Inc. in October 1999 as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Deely has more than 30 years of finance experience within the construction industry. He has worked for both private and public companies. Mr. Deely is responsible for all financial functions of PM Construction and is vital to the companys relationships with the financial community. On a daily basis he is called upon to display his professional relationships with banks, private investors, bonding and insurance companies, legal and accounting firms, customers, and suppliers.

Mr. Deely is responsible for implementing its current computer software that takes advantage of the latest in technology. By installing Timberline Gold, and updating PM Constructions computer hardware and software system, PM Construction is able to remain current with todays technology and use those instruments to streamline the companys transmittal of data which has greatly benefited production. Prior to joining PM Construction, Mr. Deely was corporate controller for KTI Recycling, Inc. & Subsidiaries in Saco, ME where he was responsible for financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and cash flow management.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Deely earned his Masters of Business Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

George LaPlume
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Laplume joined PM Construction Co., Inc. in November 2000 as a Project Manager, he was promoted to Senior Project Manager in October 2008, and when Bill bought out his partner in 2010 he became the Vice President of Operation. Mr. Laplume is a vital member of our management team he brings extensive construction knowledge in regard to all aspects of the commercial construction process.

Prior to joining PM Construction, Mr. Laplume was employed with CVS Pharmacy Co. as a Construction Project Manager with the responsibility of up to 30 projects per year ranging from renovations to new stores. Mr. Laplume also performed other duties such as awarding contracts, developing scopes of work, and creating the construction schedules.

Mr. Laplume earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Assumption College with a minor in English.

Laura J. Blanchette
Director of Business Development

Mrs. Blanchette joined PM Construction Co., Inc in January 2002 as an Assistant Project Manager and quickly rose to the level of Project Manager by demonstrating critical construction knowledge and skills. She has overseen projects ranging in scope from $300,000 to $3,500,000, and has a comprehensive understanding in all aspects of the commercial construction process. In 2010 Mrs. Blanchette was promoted to the Director of Business Development.

Prior to joining PM Construction, Mrs. Blanchette was employed for 10 years with Hospitality Well Done! (formerly Perry Restaurant Group) in Burlington, VT as the Director of Design and Construction. Mrs. Blanchette was the company liaison to general contractors and architects. Her responsibilities included overseeing new restaurant construction, design and decor, as well as maintaining licenses, repairs, maintenance, and decor changes in ten existing restaurants.

Mrs. Blanchette received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Vermont with a major in French and a minor in Cultural Geography.
